• Your first meeting with a mediator is free. We do however make a charge which is on a sliding scale, according to income, for future meetings. The amount will be explained to you before mediation begins.
• You may be entitled to Legal Aid. If this is the case, your mediation will be free.
• Many parents find that if they receive state benefits or are on low incomes with mortgages or rent to pay, that they are eligible for free legal aid mediation.
